Leadership
Though I love design, this is genuinely about leadership I was a managing editor for the Mass Media Messenger and the Editor-in-chief of the Bod Magazine for two semesters. I helped lead while working on the Mass Media Messenger, but the Bod Magazine was just me as the sole editor. I'm not saying I did it alone. I had amazing people to help me. What I am saying is that all those people relied on me to help them and make sure all the hard work they put in would be worth it. I learned that being a leader means maybe things don't always go as planned, but you take the hit and help your team get back up. I got so much from the people around me during that time, and in turn, I did everything I could to help them grow as well.
